DAY OF SET UP & TEAR DOWN $400+

You have everything planned, you just need someone to actually set it all up! Shelby Pasch Events sets up all décor and signage at both the ceremony site and the reception site. With one or two meetings before hand to get an understanding of your vision, we will make everything look as beautiful as you hoped for.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT $850+

You've planned everything, you just need someone to keep you on schedule and make it all come together. Here we are there for you starting a week before and ending after tear down. We make an itinerary, confirm with vendors, decorate, deal with any emergencies, reduce your stress, manage guests, make a seating chart and check off all final touches. One meeting a month prior and another one week prior.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING $4000+

You're engaged, but you don't want to stress about any of the details or may not even have time to plan a wedding. Relax! Sit back! Let Shelby Pasch Events handle it. From booking and communicating with vendors, helping you make decisions, decorating, managing all things necessary and even wiping away your tears when your father says a speech that gets the whole room misty-eyed, we are here for you!

SHOWER/BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY $350

Sometimes you want something a bit more special than just another birthday party out with family to a local restaurant. Shelby Pasch Events will take the whole planning process and do it all for you!

BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTY $250 ea. or $350 both

Often times planning someone's "last night single" is a lot of pressure. We take the pressure off of you and plan an unforgettable night. Whether you have a small budget of $50 per person or maybe an unlimited Vegas budget, we would love to help you out!

HONEYMOON PLANNING $250

Some people just don't like booking trips, there's research to be done, fees, plus you have to figure out when you're going to be where and what you're going to wear. It can be quite stressful! Instead, let us plan your honeymoon catered to you and your partner and relax with peace of mind knowing you will love just spending that special time with your new husband or wife.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS $4000+

Mexico anyone?! This package includes all that the full wedding planning package includes. The only difference is that you would also have to pay for the wedding planner to stay in a hotel and pay for their air fare to get there. If it's more of a road trip then you would be looking at $0.66/km of travel fee.
